Adding an extension to your property is something we are well versed in. We can advise on what might be possible for your home, whilst also working within the guidelines of your local planning office. Utilising the space you have and making it work for you, is paramount to our ethos at BosBuild. We can assist in gaining any relevant planning permission, or simply step in and build what you have already planned out and gained consent for.

Not sure what you want? Then our ‘Design and Dress’ service may be just what you need. Working with you to conceptualise the design and style you want to achieve, and making it happen, is the Design and Dress teams’ goal. This service is for those projects where you want us to take care of everything, from visualising and creating a design plan, through to sourcing and suggesting styled fittings, materials, paint colours; to even helping you choose furniture, tapestry and accessories in order to achieve your completed end result. This option is great if you are overwhelmed by the choice on offer, simply don’t have the time, or looking for inspiration to transform your home.

For those projects where you know exactly what you want, we are more than happy to work to your specification and just get on with the job and your vision. Or if you have already employed the professional services of an architect or interior designer, and need someone to carry out the build aspect of their design, we are able to do this with precision and care to detail.
