We converted this lower ground and raised ground floor flat into two luxurious apartments, managing every stage of the development:
- Collaborated with architects to develop the design concept
- Implemented structural engineers' calculations
- Completed the build to the highest standards and issued all necessary certificates
For a unique and warm finish, the walls were covered with Italian plaster, adding an elegant touch to the apartments. To complete the transformation, we dressed both properties with stylish furnishings and key pieces, creating inviting and sophisticated living spaces.
