Maisonette Internal Alterations

The owners of this maisonette were looking to sell the property, however some internal alterations had been carried out on the property without the freeholders consent and did not comply with building control regulations. We made some internal alterations to ensure the property complied with building regulations, which included some structural work opening a chimney breast, the moving of a velux window and the construction of an internal hallway. The floorboards were covered in blue paint and other bits throughout and required a lot of restoration work to make them good again.
