Commercial Office Fit Out

This old store room was converted into a bright space for use as an office. A toilet and small kitchenette area was installed, along with new wooden windows and doors. As part of the project the flat roof/terrace above had to be completely recovered due an ongoing leak from the roof into the space. The tiles were removed and the area was completely covered in a liquid rubber solution which made it completely water tight so that new office space below could be constructed.
