Basement Conversion into two flats

We transformed this lower ground and raised ground floor flat into two luxurious apartments. We project managed this development all the way through from the design concept with the architects, structural engineers calculations and implementing them, through to completing the build and issuing all the relevant certificates were issued. The walls were covered in an Italian plaster to create a unique and warm finish. We then dressed both these properties with furnishings and key pieces.
